Beyond the white coat, Courtney is a proud mother, a family-oriented woman, a Pilates enthusiast and an Ohio native who has called Texas home for more than a decade.
With a background in advanced nursing, wound care and aesthetics, she brings both clinical knowledge and a genuine love of caring for others to DÉRA Skin OS.
Courtney grew up in a close-knit family, where Sundays were spent at her grandmother's house, surrounded by love, laughter and togetherness. Her grandmother taught her to love people unconditionally, to extend kindness, and to care for others with an open heart. Those values remain at the center of who Courtney is today.
She founded DÉRA on the belief that our skin carries more than what the world sees. It carries our stories, our heritage and our legacy. Her hope is that everyone who walks through her doors feels welcomed, understood and cared for.
To Courtney, skincare is more than a treatment. It's an opportunity to connect, build confidence, and remind people that they deserve to feel beautiful in the skin they're in.
